Conee is an AI-powered image transformation application operated by Conee Team (“Conee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how images and related information are handled when you use Conee’s social-scene transformation features.
By using Conee or uploading images within the app, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.
Conee enables users to transform uploaded photos into different social environment styles through artificial intelligence processing. Users select a preferred social scene category, after which the system generates a new visual version of the image where environmental elements, lighting, styling, and clothing aesthetics are adapted to match the chosen setting.
Image uploads occur only when initiated by the user. Without a user action, no image processing takes place.
Uploaded images are used exclusively to create the requested visual transformation and to deliver the resulting image back to the user.
All image processing within Conee is performed using internally developed AI systems operating inside a controlled processing environment managed by Conee Team.
Conee:
· does not use third-party AI providers,
· does not transmit images to external AI platforms,
· does not share user images with outside services,
· does not allow third parties to access uploaded content.
Images remain within Conee’s internal systems and are processed solely for completing the user-requested transformation.
Uploaded images are processed only for the following limited purpose:
· generating a social-scene styled image requested by the user.
Conee does not use images for advertising, behavioral profiling, analytics targeting, identity verification, or AI model training unrelated to the requested output.
The AI evaluates the image as a complete visual composition rather than isolating or interpreting personal characteristics.
Images uploaded to Conee may incidentally include people, faces, or identifiable appearances. However, Conee does not treat such elements as identity data.
Conee does not:
· perform facial recognition,
· extract facial landmarks or biometric identifiers,
· analyze identity traits,
· verify or determine who a person is,
· store facial feature information.
Human subjects appearing in images are processed only as visual components within the overall scene transformation. Faces and bodies are not separately analyzed, categorized, or retained.
No facial or biometric data is created, collected, or stored by the application.
During image generation, temporary processing data may be created within a restricted environment necessary to produce the requested output.
All temporary processing data is automatically deleted immediately after the transformed image is generated, without requiring any action from the user.
This automatic removal ensures that intermediate processing materials do not remain stored after completion of the task.
After processing is completed, the uploaded image and generated result may appear within the user’s in-app history for convenience and personal management.
Users retain full control over their content. Images and generated results may be viewed, downloaded, or deleted at any time.
When a user deletes content, it is permanently removed and cannot be restored.
Conee may request access to device photos or camera features solely to allow users to:
· upload images for transformation, or
· save generated results locally.
Conee does not access photos or files without explicit user action.
Conee does not sell, rent, disclose, transmit, or share user images or related content with any third party.
No user data is provided to advertisers, analytics networks, external AI providers, or independent service operators.
All processing remains internal and purpose-limited.
Conee is intended for users aged 17 years or older and is not designed for children under 17.
We do not knowingly process images or information from minors. If underage use is identified, associated content may be removed and access restricted.
Uploading an image and requesting a transformation is a voluntary action. By doing so, you authorize Conee to process your image strictly for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not wish your images to be processed under these conditions, you should refrain from using the image transformation features.
As Conee continues to evolve, adjustments to this Privacy Policy may be made to reflect functional improvements, operational refinements, or updated compliance requirements. The most current version will always be available within the app environment or associated listing materials.
Your continued use of Conee following any revision signifies acknowledgment of the updated terms.
